Groundbreaking at the New Tahoma High School and Regional Learning Center

OAC celebrates the groundbreaking for the new Tahoma High School and Regional Learning Center. The new three-story, 315,000 square foot facility is the largest high school in the state. It will serve 2,400 students in grades 9-12, offering classrooms and breakout spaces for student collaboration, an athletic complex, a wrestling/aerobics room, a weights room, sports medicine training spaces, performing arts center and career / technical education spaces.

The facility also will serve as a regional learning center for the greater Maple Valley area. Providing the community with access to educational spaces for instructional partners in higher education and industry, the learning center will offer teaching, learning and training in the evenings and summer.

OAC is proud to be working with DLR Group, Skanska and the Tahoma School District on this key community learning center.
