Lee Dunham

Lee Dunham is a structural engineer specializing in the investigation and repair of existing structures. Since joining OAC in 2003, he has consulted with attorneys representing policy holders on numerous large loss property insurance claims. Lee currently manages the Forensic Architecture & Engineering and Building Enclosure Consulting groups at OAC.

Greg Harper

A founding member of Harper | Hayes PLLC. Greg Harper has represented numerous Community Associations over the last 16 years in court cases against insurance companies and builders involving water damage and other construction defects. In 2014, Greg was ranked among the Top 100 Super Lawyers in the State of Washington. Greg received his B.A. from Duke University and his law degree from Gonzaga University.

Todd Hayes

Todd Hayes represents Community Associations and other policyholders in insurance coverage litigation and appeals. He recently argued the Queen Anne Park case before the Washington Supreme Court. Todd graduated from the University of Washington and Hastings Law School. He has been ranked a Washington Super Lawyer for the past ten years. Todd is cofounding member of Harper | Hayes PLLC.
