Project Overview

A new, 74,000-square-foot, three-wing school intended as a prototype for two other elementary schools currently under construction. Liberty Creek features three wings that serve kindergarten and first and second grade students, with classrooms sized for full-day school services for all classes and a notable seventeen-students-to-one-teacher ratio. The school is the first education facility constructed in the district in twenty years and was the bellwether project for the district’s successful bond program.

Along with drastically reducing design to an impressive six months and construction down to a monumental 15 months to provide a fully functioning school for the community, Liberty Creek also offers advanced safety and security, direct-day-light in every classroom, optimized furniture, fixtures and equipment, and integrated advanced learning tools to enhance the educational experience for all students.
