He has effectively used his professional skills including subconsultant management and project scheduling to help clients achieve successful project outcomes in both the private and public sectors. Andrew understands the importance of maintaining positive relationships with clients and subconsultants to not only deliver the best value engineered product possible, but also to build long lasting relationships. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Washington Civil Engineering Department with a focus in construction engineering.
