Carl has worked within the construction industry for more than 28 years. He has successfully managed projects ranging from $1M – $1.35B, including commercial, industrial, and waterfront facilities, as well as residential developments. He is well versed in Governmental, Federal and DOD contracting, cost estimating, scheduling, earned value management, and resource allocation. Carl has significant experience working with regulatory agencies, establishing high performance project teams, and delivering projects on time and within scope and budget.

In his spare time Carl enjoys watching Seahawks & Mariners games, attending Gonzaga Bulldog basketball and WSU Cougar Football games, golfing as much as possible, and spending time with his family.
