Damon joined OAC in 2017 to lead various projects for school districts in Eastern Washington. He comes with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has managed numerous complex projects with varying scopes, sizes, budgets and timelines for multiple public clients, including school districts, the federal government, higher education institutions and the military. Damon focuses on developing long-term relationships, fostering collaboration, and adapting project approaches to align with specific needs.

Damon is an avid skier with kids on the alpine race team. He enjoys both winter and summer outdoor sports.
