> Construction Observations

David has been with OAC since 1991, over which time he has developed a strong instinct for identifying sources of water intrusion. He has also participated in construction defect cases, detailing of building enclosure for new and existing construction, and keeps contractors on their toes with thorough construction observations.  David was the founding chair of the Seattle Building Enclosure Council and currently chairs the Building Enclosure, Technology and Environment Council’s Marketing and Outreach Committee.  Away from building enclosures he enjoys photography, visual humor, writing and exploring small towns and industrial areas.
