Dave Jobs is a Certified Construction Manager with over 22 years of experience including four years developing and implementing energy retrofit projects as an ESCO contractor.  Dave has a strong background with alternative delivery methods including ESPC, GCCM, Design-Build, and Design-Bid-Build.  His project and construction management experience includes work on high-rise buildings up to 23 stories, courthouse and justice centers, schools, hospitals, and technology projects leading to extensive work with private and public clients alike.  In his off-hours, Dave enjoys family time, coaching, fishing, hunting, and traveling, and has proudly summited Mt. Rainier.
