Jeff is a respected construction management professional with over 23 years of experience and the manager of the OAC Spokane office.  Since joining OAC in 2006 he has grown the market share for OAC greatly with large clients such as Washington State University, Spokane School District, Spokane International Airport and the City of Spokane.  Jeff excels in Design-Bid-Build scenarios as well as alternative delivery methods such as Design-Build and GCCM.  He is certified as a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and DBIA professional.  He holds a B.S. in Construction Management as well as a B.A. in Finance from Washington State University.  Jeff enjoys spending time on the water skiing and spending time on the ski slopes with his family.
