Lee is the principal-in-charge of OAC’s architecture and engineering practice, which includes the Forensic Architecture & Engineering, Building Enclosure, and Structural Engineering practice groups. Lee is a registered structural engineer specializing in the investigation and repair of existing buildings. His expertise includes wood, steel, concrete and masonry structures. During his 17 years in the structural consulting industry, Lee has performed design and analysis for new buildings, as well as the evaluation, repair and seismic upgrade of existing structures. Lee has successfully completed a wide range of repair and reconstruction projects for residential, commercial, education, recreation and medical facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest. Lee has testified as an expert witness in Federal Court and has been published in Structure Magazine, the monthly publication of the National Council of Structural Engineers Associations (NCSEA).
