A partner with OAC since 1985, Randy has specialized in architectural design since 1977, and building enclosure investigation and repair since 1989.

As the principal leading OAC’s building enclosure practice and forensic architecture and engineering practice, he has set the standard for our team’s straightforward approach to the identification of design and construction issues, providing practical solutions for long-term building performance.  In addition, Randy’s broad design background and experience with mid- to high-rise multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and manufacturing structures make him an authority on repairs related to fire, wind, and snow collapse.
