Rusty Pritchard possesses more than 38 years extensive capital program and project management experience in the public and private sector, as both an Owner and Owner’s Representative. He is an experienced GC/CM and Design/Build practitioner. Rusty has led multiple Owner and stakeholder project and construction management engagements totaling over $550 million and 2.2 million gross sq. ft. of Public Utilities, K-12, Higher Education new or modernized capital improvement projects. He has a proven history of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Rusty is well versed in coordination with the Owner’s faculty and facility staff during predesign, design and construction, space planning and management, FF&E procurement, consultant selections, academic, OPSI, educational specifications assistance, and local/state agency coordination.

Rusty served on the Washington State’s Capital Project Advisory Review Board (CPARB)’s Project Review Committee (PRC), from 2010 to 2016. This committee approves public owners who seek the agency or project use and approval of GC/CM or Design-Build alternative public works contracts under RCW 39.10.

In his free time, Rusty enjoys fly-fishing, hiking, camping and being in the outdoors. He serves with two local Spokane non-profits that provide health care and clothing assistance to those in need.
