We are looking for a Director of the Transit Market Segment (Director, Transit) to join our OAC team. This role is the Market Segment Leader for our Transit Market, on our Government + Transportation Team, and is an industry known subject matter expert in the Public Transit Market Sector in the Puget Sound Regional Area.  The Director, Transit is responsible for execution of work, business development, allocating resources, leading teams, and ensuring adherence to project goals, schedules, and budgets. Ideally this position has industry contacts and a portfolio of current and past transit clients in the Puget Sound Region. This is a growth opportunity and as such, will require active project management of existing and new contracts and working with OAC’s Government and Transportation Market Sector Leader in building a transit team.

 

This position requires strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, business development acumen, ability to self-direct, strong background in project/construction management, client representation and marketing professional services as well as personnel management. The role also requires experience in overall project team selection, site selection and value judgement decision making.
