We are seeking an HR Coordinator to provide benefit administration and leave of absence support to all employees while ensuring the operational efficiency of the People Team. While the primary focus of this role is benefit and leave administration, this individual will have the opportunity to collaborate with other members of the people team to drive employee engagement, strengthen wellness education and identify process improvements, among other things! This is a highly visible that will have a direct and significant impact on how our people care for themselves and their families, so the HR Coordinator must possess exceptional communication skills and demonstrate empathy for all.
