OAC is seeking a Recruiter who will partner with Hiring Managers to find, source, attract and hire talent to meet the firm’s current and future hiring needs. To do this, the Recruiter must have a deep understanding of OAC’s business as well as the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry in order to source successful candidates and create a strong talent pipeline. As the first introduction to OAC, this is a highly visible role that requires the Recruiter to possess strong, proactive communication skills.
