The Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) is responsible for assisting multiple projects by providing team support, internal project controls, contract administration, fiscal management, and external project controls to each Project Manager. The SPC communicates within the internal team(s), other departments, and external stakeholders professionally and clearly. This role works through complex issues in a fast-paced, team environment with tight deadlines among various projects, which requires active-problem solving, self-direction, quality-conscious mindset, along with the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a professional disposition and clear organization of information.
