We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager (SPM) to join our Construction Management team within Government/Transportation market. The SPM is responsible for the overall accountability and success of a project by leading the project team(s) to complete a client project within the client’s expectations, budget and schedule. This position is also responsible for project and construction management; client representation; marketing professional services, building relationships with all key stakeholders, fiscal management, and personnel management. This includes communication, development, decision making, organization/dissemination of information, delegating, modeling, and empowering their direct reports to learn and grow. They will be responsible for Alternative Project Delivery and be an in-house subject matter expert on APD methods. This includes Design-Build, General Contractor/Construction Manager, P3 and variations of each.
