As a team builder, Dave leverages people’s strengths and facilitates open and honest communication to achieve client and project goals. With more than 32 years of experience, Dave utilizes value methodology while understanding and translating complex data to teams and clients, which has led to many successful project outcomes delivered on schedule and under budget.

Outside of the office, Dave is either playing guitar or cheering on his 2 boys in baseball and basketball.
