Jeff, the head of OAC’s Spokane office, has a passion for public projects and was an early leader in alternative delivery methods. He led some of the first Design-build and GC/CM projects in Washington State for the City of Spokane, Washington State University, and multiple school districts. He is a mentor to our clients and employees as they learn how to navigate the nuances of alternate project delivery methods.
Jeff enjoys spending time skiing, both on the water and on the slopes with his family.
