Melissa Teichman
OAC Senior Director

Melissa has spent the last 16 years in the design and construction industry and received most of her training as a general contractor. Though mainly focusing on health and healing environments, Melissa has also experienced the thrill of adaptive re-use, corporate commercial, and tribal projects. Presently an owner’s rep at OAC Services, Melissa is responsible for internal and external growth in the healthcare practice group. Melissa is engaged in organizations like ILFI, WSSHE, WLIC, Building Women, NAWIC, and of course CREW. Melissa is also a mother to twin, 8-year old changemakers, who continue to teach her daily lessons that Love is truly everywhere – and you see it most clearly when you Smile.
