Helping lead OAC’s growth and success for the past 25 years, Dan has been integral in both expanding OAC’s client base and its talent pool. Dan’s notable accomplishments include developing OAC’s strong positions in the K-12 education and technology markets, and alternative public works delivery methods. His loyal and dedicated clients include Microsoft, Lake Washington School District, Seattle Pacific University, and Facebook. His work in developing and expanding GC/CM and Design-Build delivery for public clients is known throughout the State of Washington; he has testified to the Legislature, spoken extensively on the topic, and led more alternative delivery projects than any other project management consultant.

Kevin Fromm

Kevin joined OAC with nearly a decade of experience in construction. Kevin has served in a variety of roles including project engineer, estimator, senior project engineer, and as a project manager over the last five years. He has worked on projects in a variety of sectors, including PK-12, industrial, higher-ed, healthcare, military, residential, and heavy civil. Kevin brings a plethora of hands on construction experience that he can apply to his owner rep responsibilities. His knowledge of construction management, project estimating, change orders, and constructability make him a valuable asset to the team. He also specializes in alternative delivery methods and enjoys honing his problem solving skills on the job.
