For more than 60 years, OAC has called Washington home. We continue to celebrate this green state and the cities and people within it. For our Seattle and Everett offices, this means continuously learning and refining our process, creating positive change in our communities, and coming together to making the world a better place. Through partnerships with like-minded individuals and companies, we’re committed to the pursuit that better is always possible; keep reading to learn more about our Seattle and Everett offices.

The Offices We Call Home

Headquartered in Seattle since the beginning, we love our stomping grounds and everything that makes Seattle an eclectic place to live, work, learn, and play. In 2018, we moved from South Lake Union to the Industrial District of SODO to accommodate our growing Seattle workforce that nearly doubled in size in under two years. As one of the best companies to work for, four years in a row, according to Seattle Business Magazine and chosen as a Washington’s Best Workplace three years in a row, for our 106 employees and 15 office dogs, we continue to find ways to make our office life a better place to call home.

To better serve our clients and partners north of Seattle, we opened our office doors to Everett in 2018. Home to Kevin Fromm, Mary Ganz, Krista Lutz, Adam Johnson, Glen Lyons, Stacy Shewell, and Dave Jobs, this team works with many of OAC’s municipal and education clients. Our Everett team specializes in alternative project delivery, LEED methods and LEAN approaches, value engineering, energy efficiency, and more.

Strengthening Communities

Through year-round community outreach events, we roll up our sleeves and make an impact in our local communities. Whether participating in Hopelink’s Can Madness Food Drive or packaging meals at Food Lifeline, we also use our skillsets to help educate and inspire young people about our industry through programs like STEAM and the ACE Mentorship. In 2018 and 2019, we helped repair, renovate, and upgrade facilities for Youthcare, REST, and Mary’s Place, giving them a place to call home. We also welcome our clients, partners, and families to join us in being a catalyst for positive local change to better the communities in which we live.

These outreach events and many other programs are essential to our social impact work, but sometimes, service also means bringing people together throughout our communities and across our industry. Our Seattle office auditorium can accommodate 260 individuals to share valuable content and enriching experiences. Additionally, our Everett office actively participates in community fundraisers, auctions, and benefits to raise awareness and funds for various foundations and communities north of Seattle.

Building Better in Seattle & Everett – Together We Thrive

We work hand in hand with our clients and partners to build functional facilities and a place that their end-users will love. Whether that’s a school for future learners, creating a health facility for comfort and care, or an office that inspires creativity and collaboration, we’re helping build it. And it doesn’t stop there, wherever possible, we’re helping find ways to reduce the impact buildings have on the planet, using recycled and local materials where we can and finding ways to lower the amount of water and energy consumed. Here are a few of our clients committed to making better happen with us in the Puget Sound region.

Without our amazing and clients and partners, we wouldn’t be where we are today. It is because of you that we can continue together on the journey of making better happen.
