As a senior project manager, Alana’s strength is listening to client needs and approaching projects with curiosity to bring desired results. She has more than a decade of experience as an owner’s representative and program manager. Her strength is in building teams, budget forecasting and controls, sustainability, and quality control. Her background in business administration and major real estate development offers clients a well-rounded project manager who understands the multiple, diverse aspects of significant new construction, renovations, tenant improvements, and upgrade projects.
