Billy began his career as an engineering intern with the City of Anaheim, learning his trade on major transit center projects and the city’s 30-year storm drain and sewer improvement plan. He now leads significant tenant improvement projects for some of the world’s largest technology companies and is part of the OAC team overseeing Microsoft’s campus expansion in Silicon Valley.
Outside of work, Billy spends time on fitness, health, and sports.
