She began her career in the AEC industry in 2016 and joined OAC in 2023 after serving as the Human Resources Manager at GGLO, where she established key HR processes and procedures. Passionate about enhancing employee experience and optimizing workplace culture, she excels in managing the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, and discovering new restaurants.
