Christina (Chris) Stevenson is leading the Life Science Market in the Seattle area for OAC. She manages large ground-up Life Science developments and supports owners from start to end with entitlements, design development, and construction as well as marketing and leasing efforts.
Chris has worn many hats during her two decades in the AEC industry. She has led design on commercial high-rise projects in Asia and the West Coast. She has provided construction strategy and project management for clients in urban farming, automotive, and education markets. Chris is a Licensed Architect, Certified PMP, and Development Manager with NAIOP. She has studied urban design and research in Lima and climate policy at Stanford Law School. In 2011, she was awarded an AIA Medal & Certificate of Merit.
Chris and her family of four are also passionate about sports, as she competes internationally in Masters Track & Field.
