David is a certified construction manager with over 30 years of experience, including 4 years of developing and implementing energy retrofit projects as an ESCO contractor. David has a strong background with alternative delivery methods, including ESPC, GC/CM, and Design-build, having completed over 30 alternative delivery projects. His project and construction management experience include work on transit centers, fire stations, libraries, civic centers, maintenance and operations, courthouse and justice centers, schools, hospitals, and technology projects, leading to extensive work with private and public clients alike.
In his off-hours, David enjoys family time, coaching, fishing, hunting, and traveling, and has proudly summited Mt. Rainier.
