By land and by sea, Dominic has engineered his way to an expert on essential building systems. He started his career on a US Navy submarine in Hawaii as a nuclear machinist mate. Making his way east, Dominic’s continental US portfolio included stints at an engineering consultant firm, air conditioning contractor, and multinational technology company. To get machines up to speed, he’s analyzed half a year of data on air, water, and comfort systems to show evidence of proper sequencing. To keep systems running, he’s personally trained 23 specialists, 12 engineers, and 10 project managers on a unique programming language. Humans, machines, he’ll get the work done.
