Phil paid his way through college as a carpenter framing houses while earning his construction management degree. Since then, he’s guided comprehensive projects for school districts, life-science facilities, and high-tech corporations across Washington State.
He remains involved with his alma mater, helping train the next generation as an advisor to Central Washington University’s construction management program.
