A modern space to build community
The Judge Patricia H. Clark Children & Family Justice Center of King County was a $243-million project utilizing the Design-Build delivery method to provide the most flexible, and cost-effective approach for accomplishing the project’s goals. The County entrusted OAC to guide their programming, planning, procurement, design, and construction to a welcoming, calming, and safe space to serve the community.
Replacing their current outdated Youth Services Center, we built a facility that includes a school, 10 courtrooms, 112 secure beds, a 4-level, 360-stall parking structure, a childcare facility, and a resource center for youth and family care services, therapy and counseling space, and bike and pedestrian paths.
