Completed in 13 months
After Muckleshoot Indian Tribe (MIT) shared their vision of their bingo hall, casino building, and smoke shop, our team got to work and completed the construction in just 13 months. With our oversight, we fast-tracked the construction schedule, mitigated risks and managed resources, coordinated all vendors, and obtained individual building liquor licenses.
As a result of our success, our contract extended to create MIT a procurement manual that detailed policy for programming and design, constructability reviews, value engineering, cost estimating and schedule services, bid and award phase services, Native American procurement and hiring, and design and construction contracts. Our manual helped MIT streamline and standardize over 200 department processes and procedures.
Most recently, OAC is providing master planning facilitation services for the MIT Casino. Interior renovation work is underway, and our team is leading the evolving vendor selection, stakeholder coordination, and production of presentation materials for Council approval.
