The General Services Administration (GSA) was in search of a partner to lead the design and construction of the new U.S. Courthouse, located in the Central Business District of Billings, Montana, and OAC was the perfect fit.

Utilizing the design-build approach, our team got to work and seamlessly integrated with building tenants and teams on-site through the design and construction phases. We managed the move, user integration, scheduling, and budget of the $80-million, 1.8-acre landmark, that supports the long-term goals of increased workforce collaboration among federal offices through the consolidation of office space.

Once complete, GSA saw their vision come to life. A modern and timeless, 6 story energy-efficient building with a rooftop garden and an open lobby area for the U.S. District Court, U.S. Attorney’s Office, U.S. Marshals Service, and General Services Administration to call home.

And even though it wasn’t in the designs, GSA also got a sense of pride in their new space.
