Big Fish Games was searching for an office that nurtured well-being, fostered creativity, and unlocked collaboration. OAC assisted this gaming giant, relocate and procure the historic, 7 story, 187,000-square-feet, Maritime Building in the heart of Seattle’s iconic, Pioneer Square. From ideation to move-in day, our team took the reins on planning, permitting, scheduling and costs, and led the constructability reviews, value analysis, inspection, and occupancy requirements.
When it was time to hand over the keys, its 600+ employees had a functional and expressive headquarters to call home from the introverts to the extroverts.
