Providing planning services for KCM’s Fixed Asset and State of Good Repair Programs, OAC has taken the reigns for multiple assets and bus bases. These include Ryerson Base, North Base, South Annex Base, South Interim Base, South King Base, and Metro Comfort Stations.
Through in-depth risk management, project management and planning, cost estimating and schedule analysis, water intrusion investigation, and forensic analysis, both our construction management team and building sciences teams are helping KCM plan better. OAC also facilitates all alternative project delivery training and evaluation to help KCM build better.
