Teaming with Providence for better care and healing
OAC provided construction management services and project oversight for Providence on multiple projects in Southern California.
From equipment upgrades to elevator modernizations and parking structure upgrades, our team of experts worked seamlessly with our partners to deliver the projects on time and on budget.
These projects included:
- SJO Pavilion Parking Structure: Existing 700-stall parking structure. This structure was reinforced with a cable barrier system and underwent extensive ADA upgrades. The upgraded parking structure now has an enhanced barrier system, significantly improving the safety of patients parking in the structure and accessing the facility.
- 1000 Ton Chiller Replacement & Cooling Tower: Replacement of an existing 1000-ton chiller and associated cooling tower in an existing operational central plant.
- Elevator Modernizations: Featured 6 total elevator equipment modernizations and new cab interiors in 3 separate locations (St. Joseph’s Pavilion Plaza Building, Mission Hills Medical Office Building 4, St. Joseph’s Orange Chapman Medical Office Building).
- Truebeam Linear Accelerator Phase 2: OAC was hired to manage and lead Providence’s internal team through Phase 2 of linear accelerator equipment replacement in an existing, operational cancer center.
